The Beneficio Santa Rosa Mill receives coffee in parchment form, with traceable location tags, from nearby farms. The beans are taken to the central mill and prepared after which they undergo the Swiss Water Decaffeination process at the Canadian plant. The Swiss Water process is the cleanest healthiest method available, no chemicals are used, it is simply a combination of pure water and osmosis which produces a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free
