The Beneficio Santa Rosa Mill receives coffee in parchment form, with traceable location tags, from nearby farms. The beans are taken to the central mill and prepared after which they undergo the Swiss Water Decaffeination process at the Canadian plant. The Swiss Water process is the cleanest healthiest method available, no chemicals are used, it is simply a combination of pure water and osmosis which produces a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free

This coffee lives up to all expectations. I’m no coffee connoisseur so will spare you the descriptions, but will say it was delivered quickly, is roasted only days before delivery, smells unctuous when opened, works well as both espresso or long black, feels as good for me as it tastes, tastes sublime, has no caffeine so is my evening relaxing cuppa … and the price shaves a few £’s off my usual organic lab tested coffee (which I also love, but gets a bit spenny). So nothing to not love really ◡̈
